Analyses Sieves Test Sand

This test sand was designed for internal monitoring of typical mashes of sieves (2,0 - 1,0 - 0,5 - 0,25 - 0,125 mm). The grain size distribution was developed in context of a round robin test of 147 national and international laboratories. The forerunner organization of the DAkkS (German national accreditation body), the DAP (Deutsches Akkreditierungssystem Prüfwesen GmbH, Berlin), published due to the round robin test a technical document, which recommended to use the Analyses Sieves Test Sand for regular calibration. Thus, the Analyses Sieves Test Sand is suitable for simple operation tests beside the obligated visual and intermediate tests.
